- What is the platform for?

- Do I need to sign up?
Answer:
No. New agents do not need to sign up. The team leader (SMD) will create accounts for you. The account username is your agent ID. If you are a SMD already, please contact the administrator to create an account for you.
- How do SMDs create accounts for new agents?
Answer:
After loggind in, SMDs can go to the SMD account to add a new team member. Then the new account will be created automatically.
- What to do if team members become SMDs?
Answer:
The current SMD can update the team member level to SMD, and then the new SMD will have an SMD account automatically.
- Will the agent level and other information be updated automatically?
Answer:
No. The information of agents will not be updated automatically. SMDs are responsible for the updates of all in his/her baseshop, including the agent level.
